Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail and Hermes for Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery for a next day service. Both services require a signature upon delivery.
For Standard UK Shipping, we endeavour to process your order within 2 working days. UK Next day delivery orders need to be placed before 2pm from Monday to Thursday. A separate email will be sent with the tracking details.

Europe Tracked 3 - 5 working days £ 9.50
Rest of World Tracked 5 - 7 working days £13.00
IMPORT DUTY
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for an item of the same or greater value. All other items should be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Customers send goods back at their own expense and will be reimbursed accordingly. All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. To return items please fill in the return form enclosed with your goods. Take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage. Please expect a refund within 14 days.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. In these instances we are able to offer an exchange please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Where possible and in the first instance, we offer to repair faulty products. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will therefore not be treated as such.
